Partial fit-out of the 2nd floor in the Crown Tower office building in Warsaw

SCOPE OF WORK:

Realization of sanitary installations adjusted to the new office premises layout on an area of 500m2. The work scope included: preparation of a conceptual design, conducting installation work along with on-site supervision and preparation of as-built documentation. The project also included the following: adjusting ventilation, plumbing, installation of cold water as well as of technological heat and freon in the server room, a rearrangement of heating and cooling beams in terms of their grouping with regard to the rooms’ steering system, adjustments of ventilation systems implementation of ventilation system adjustments. Our highly qualified technicians provided a measurement protocol.
