SCOPE OF WORK:

Comprehensive reconstruction of an office space of 1,700m 2. The scope of works included modernization of the following: "chillout" rest areas, private offices, brainstorming and conference rooms, common area and technical rooms. Construction works involved walls partition, ceilings, aluminum joinery, wall cladding and flooring. Sanitary works included replacement and relocation of air-conditioning units, ventilation system modernization and reconstruction of plumbing system, electrical and tele-technical works related to modernization of electrical system, LAN, lighting, updating BMS graphics and emergency lighting as well as development and relocation of SAP and KD elements.
