SCOPE OF WORK:

Comprehensive reconstruction of office space with an area of 960 m2. The redevelopment covered the Management area and office space. The following works were performed: wall partitioning, ceilings, aluminum joinery, wall coverings and floors. Sanitary improvement included replacing and relocating air conditioning units, as well as upgrading ventilation systems. Electrical and tele-technical works involved upgrading the electrical system, LAN, lighting, updating BMS graphics and emergency lighting as well as building and relocation of SAP and KD elements. The scope of the contract also included the delivery of movable furniture.
